No logon user icon so...no login to the OS

Hi to all...
I've installed in my g/f PC Rohos Logon key and a hdd partition crypted with bitlocker.
After an year her pestiferous little sister broke her login usb key...
After some panic I log into the system in the Safe mode with the administrator password and I've unistalled Rohos Logon key...

Now every time I get the logon screen it's empty...no user icon no password text box...

I've try to insert in the registry this key

{6f45dc1e-5384-457a-bc13-2cd81b0d28ed}

at

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\Credential Providers\

As I read on the Rohos logon key support but nothing change...

I've tried everything, I've removed the password, set the autologin, uncheck the ctrl+alt+canc at logon screen...
I don't know what to do...
in safe mode I can login but not in the normal start...

How can I restore the logon so can work like usual? I really don't know what to do and you're are my last hope xD (well my last g/f hope)...

I would Clean Reinstall this time using the normal Win7 User account password log-in.

Leave the Guest account if the sister needs to use the PC as this will restrict what she can do, or create for sister a named Standard User account which requires elevated permissions from Admin to change anything.

So... I have to make a clean install and format everything? there's no way to avoid this?

Uninstall the log-on crapware to see if you can default to Win7's password.

Never fear a clean reinstall as if you follow the steps we provide it will result in a better install than 95% of users have, better even than a new PC when you consider how much crap they preinstall.

yes I can logon with the default password but on in safe mode in normal mode I have the logon but without usericon

What is the logon software you are using exactly? Can't you use Win7 log on?

Try running SFC /SCANNOW Command or if necessary SFC /SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot

If this was working recently, roll back using System Restore to a point where it was working.

I'd also run a full scan with Malwarebytes and SUPERAntiSpyware.com - Downloads. Replace any AV bloatware with Microsoft Security Essentials

I've used Rohos logon key...after uninstalled that I can login only in safe mode because in normal boot I have just the logon screen without user icon...If I set the computer to login without password the OS stuck anyway in the logonscreen...
this happen ONLY in normal mode....I will try I scannow
