Solved No sound

i put my pc on today there was no sound. i open control panel and open sound controls to test speakers. i received error failed to play test tone. i updated Realtek_Audio_V51005859.

What is the shown and the status of the Sound in the Device Manager?

everything seems to be working on the device manager

Go to the Device Manager, RIGHT click to highlight the RealTek entry and then LEFT click "Uninstall". Then restart the PC and when Windows starts it will detect and reinstall the sound. This will fix any Windows corruption problem and hopefully fix yours.

didn't work. i uninstall Realtek high definition audio and restart the computer.

Your two screen shots do not agree. One shows RealTek and I'm not sure what the other one shows as it is hard to read.

old screenshot uninstall both amd high definition audio device and realtek high definition audio before. i update realtek from asus website Realtek_Audio_V51005859.

fix the sound problem .I just format the c drive reinstall windows.

That's a drastic step, but unfortunately sometimes needed.
