Norton Internet Security, best price?

Not the question that you asked, but I would go with the free Microsoft Security Essentials, used in conjunction with Malwarebytes. All are free and give excellent results. The only AV that I know of that has not caused problems is MSE, too.

MSE is nice for the average user but I strongly recommend NIS for more protection. Microsoft Security Essentials provides basic protection only. MSE won't protect you against most online threats
