^ Mate to be honest i've tried all the possibilities that exists on the innernet, BUT unfortunately none worked for me sadly 
Tried disabling/uninstalling my anti-virus aslo tried disabling my firewall Nathin turned out as expected .
It says : UPnP " NOT SIGNED IN IP ADDRESS : NOT SIGNED !~
I was on Xp before didnt even get a chance to go through VISTA but finally on WIN7 i,e fresh install
