Not detecting network devices after install of Windows 7

I had just reinstalled Windows 7 professional on my laptop (dell latitude E6440) because of some issues. Well the reinstall went thru perfectly and had no problems. But now it won't connect to the Internet and won't let me make a connection. A box keeps coming up saying "not connected-no connections are available". Then when I click on the Internet and try to set up a new connection it comes up saying "Windows did not detect any networking hardware". This kinda sucks so I was wondering if anyone could help me out and figure out how to fix this.

Look at Device Manager. Most likely you need to install the device driver for your LAN and Wireless devices.
