Notification Center: Updates Icon Keeps Saying Windows 10 Tech Preview

So, I was thinking about installing Windows 10 Technical Preview on my computer. But, now I have backed out due to concerns of it not being finished. My problem is that the Windows Updates icon in the Notifications Center keeps saying Windows 10 Technical Preview is ready. I have already hidden the 10 Tech Preview Update. How do I get it to stop saying this?

You must have intended to try Win10 and record of that attempt has been saved somewhere on your computer.
Press Windows key plus R then type msconfig in the Run box, under the Startup tab Uncheck anything relating to Windows 10 TP. If you do Uncheck something you'll be prompted to reboot. In some cases a brute force procedure is needed and usually required editing the Registry, not a place for the inexperienced to play as one misstep will cause Windows to not work.

hi if you have these updates installed uninstall them and see if it goes away KB2952664 and KB3035583

I think I might have 3035583 installed. I didn't see the 2952664 though. This didn't happen until I tried to install Windows 10 TP.

well uninstall the one you have installed and see if that helps

I have reset the notifications center. Maybe, that will help.
