ntoskrnl.exe bsod windows 7

I keep getting bsod every a ton all of a sudden today. All pointing to ntoskrnl.exe or memory management when it goes. I've updated all drivers, I've tested the memory everything passed. The only thing I can find is when the PC is about to get the memory management BSOD the CPU spikes to 100% on NT kernel & system

I just saw a post about saying that turning off turbo fixed it for them so I'll see how that goes and then get back with some info if it keeps going.


Just got another one for PFN_LIST_Corrupt I have the zip file but the fourms wont let me attack it as I get HTTP Error 400. The request is badly formed.

Nope, just some the same error for memory. Maybe chrome will let me upload the info before my PC blows up or some crap now

How did you test the memory?

i used windows memory diagnosic i don't have any free USB's for that one program

Before any other suggestions are made, do you have warranty?

i dout it. I made this PC back in 2014 with the RAM from an older built in 2009

tried to do a memtest+ but can't get it to work so guess im stuck with the windwos one.

Instead of testing with the memtest86+ software, test by running the OS. If stability errors occur, switch a stick and use the OS again, keep doing this until every stick has been used in the same slot, then switch slots.

That's gonna take some time xD but here's a crash report from firefox who has been crashing a lot more too not sure if it's connected to the BSOD going on or not

plus would windows even run with only 4 gbs of ram

Min. requirements for x64 is 2GB.

tho just having firefox open uses 5-6 GB's :\

I run Firefox Quantum Win7x64 Home Premium, 9 tabs open only 2.1 gb, I have several add-ons running plus VinylStudio and 4 anti-malware programs.

What do you have running on Firefox & otherwise that use 5-6 GB?

I hope you realize it's a little of an unfair equation.

The amount of installed stuff, and what is used, is not very relevant due to a number of factors, like what is installed, how well it is programmed, if there are any hardware complications, etc.
