Numerous BSOD errors including Driver IRQL and page fault

Hi there I'm new to this forum. I recently bought a refurbished Asus N56-VM laptop and straight away had a BSOD. It got to the point where the whole system was incredibly slow so I then put a fresh install on a new drive and continue to suffer from different errors including Page Fault errors, Driver IRQL and others. I have updated the drivers with DriverMax but to no avail. I have run Memtest86 and no errors were found. If anyone could help me out that would be great. Please see the attached files. First of all, scan the system for possible virus infection.

• Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
• Windows Defender Offline

Then, install Service pack 1.

Which antivirus do you use? I am failing to find any. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one, too.

Free up the startup.

1. Click on the Start button
2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
3. Select the “Startup” tab.
4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
5. Apply > OK
6. Accept the restart.

I have seen some failing modules there, like nVidia filter driver and Athros network driver; but it is worthy to do these steps complete and observe the situation. If the scans come clean, and the situation remains the same, we will go for further troubleshooting.
