nvidia control panel

i lost my nvidia control panel. i discovered that by trying to change my display settings. i went to there web site for help and it is confusing trying to get a step by step fix for this. it is an nvidia geforce gts 450. would uninstalling and re-installing the drivers fix this? is there a specific driver for this control panel?

The control panel comes with the driver. You could try reinstalling the driver.

in system configuration / services, i had it disabled. i enabled it and now i have nvidia control panel. live and learn.
