Nvidia GeForce 8600 GTS - Aero Disabled

I've been using this card with Windows 7 64-bit for over 6 months now, and I've never had this problem. I used device manager to update my graphics card driver last night, and ever since the update, Aero has been disabled. I tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it manually from Nvidia's site, but that didn't fix the problem. I've also checked to make sure I have the latest version of DirectX. That didn't help either. Any ideas on what could be wrong? I know I could roll back the driver, but I'd like to be able to use future updates. Thanks.

Press Rollback driver and see if that helps.

Did you refresh the WEI index?
