If you are not working with a laptop and you do not have a dual graphics issue then getting the drivers for your nVidia card direct from the nVidia site is the best way to do it!

i would agree about getting it from nVidia's site. I actually just upgraded my driver yesterday, all seems to be working well (although not sure about the driver reset thing yet, hasnt happened since, but its only been a day)

Well as I said, I am pretty computer stupid (smarter than my mom, though). So I do not know what dual graphics means but I assume that is something to do with laptops. Which this isn't a laptop, but maybe it operates like one? It's a HP Touchsmart desktop All-in-One PC.

Here it is below. Maybe you could look at it and tell me if I should update the driver or not. Thanks!

There are all-in-one PCs that use laptop parts, but the 610XT looks more like a desktop system, including PCI-E graphics cards (or onboard Intel graphics).

I don't see an nVidia card on the list of HP supplied graphics cards, though. It would probably do no harm to update the driver. Be sure to use the "clean install" feature that's present on the newer drivers.

Did your machine come with an upgraded power supply? 190W seems a little feeble for most add-in graphics cards.

I don't know if this helps but. I have nvidia GT 220 and the new driver update made things very bad. Went back to the old driver and things are good again.

No upgraded power supply. It's 180 watts. I'll update the driver and see if it makes any difference. If not, I assume my PC is crap and I need to return it or it's a Firefox issue (what I'm hoping for).
