OEM License reports as no longer genuine after disk resize!

I have a genuine OEM license on my acer laptop which contains one 500Gb drive with two partitions. After I resized the OS partition I believe it damaged the license as it then reported it was no longer genuine. Although I recreated the OS partition using the same size as before (297.99Gb), the license is still broken. I read that KB4487345 might fix issues, but no change after installing this.
Can someone review my MGADiag output please and let me know if it identifies the problem?
Many thanks
DD

Hi DoubleD,

This is odd, its showing a product key/id for a Fujitsu computer, not your Travel Mate.
That KB will not affect the files where its pulling the auto-activation key from.

The easy fix, use the COA sticker key, could be in the battery compartment.

Thanks for your help and quick response. I inherited the laptop which funny enough has the disk named 'Fujitsu'. I couldnt find a COA sticker on the case or in the battery or HD compartment. I also dont have a recovery disk for it, but I have the key written down that matches my report and this key was still in place when the license reported it was genuine, so Im stumped.

You may have to use a Win7 ISO to install from instead of whatever you have on the disk.
Do you know what is supposed to be on the disk?
Fujitsu Ltd is a Japanese multinational information technology equipment and services company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan

Hi Doubled,

Highly unlikely that disk came with the comp, it would have had a W8 recovery partition.

Not entirely sure what's happened with your Bios latest version installed but with the previous versions date
likely that something got screwed during the fujitsu fix.

Anyway lets get on to better news.
Your machine has the correct W7 SLIC table and windows marker and the W8 EUFI.
Comps sold during this period, which came with W8 Pro, believe its the case here, silly - little blue sticker,
had the option to downgrade to W7:party:

Everything i can find about that model confirms the above:-)

not used it myself but they are highly reputable
You will need to select the Acer and Professional options

once completed REBOOT and rerun the Mgadiag
it should now be reporting these keys

Scrap the fujitsu disk, and then create an image most here use Macrium -free
