You cannot create any more partitions without causing serious issues but you can create additional Logical drives inside the Extended partition; after you right click Shrink the Extended, have a look at Method One #2 in this one for the way to do so.

For the sake of others.
The same end result could have been achieved (leaving the OEM partition untouched) using Partition Wizard alone in about 30 seconds. ie. 2 logicals within the one extended partition.

well i did that, but oem partition have taken 1 gb, and since im not goin to use it id rather use it for my own sake so i just deleted the extended partition, deleted oem partition and made 2 logical drives. Problem solved, just still i dont get why i wasnt be able to nor copy nor set a letter on oem partition, aswel lenovo backup tool wasnt able to see oem partition either, well but never mind

OEM Partitions can be imaged with the likes of Macrium Reflect, Mounted and contents extracted from the mounted image.
