How many drives or partitions do you have? Have you changed the letters on any of them?

Is this your 'corporate copy', or one that you downloaded?.... because it might have a corrupt installer if it's not 'official'.
Microsoft Product Information Center: Microsoft® Office Enterprise 2007 : Overview
It's a verified copy + tried different copy of office 2007 + office 2003
all of them gives the same error.

I got like 10 hard-disks but the letters remain the same as was at windows vista (upgraded from windows vista 3 days ago)

If it were me I would disconnect every drive except the one I wanted to install it to. If you are tyring to transfer it from 1 drive to another I would burn it to cd then try and install it.

What about creating another profile and trying to install from it?

Before that, you could also try Microsoft's registry cleaner here (click in IE) Customize, choose only the reg cleaner.

I will try the porifle thing...

about the registry thing - i already had office 2007 installed but i removed it cause it didn't work very well after windows 7 upgrade.
it gave me the same error when i wanted to remove it.
So i used a removel tool from microsoft in order to remove microsoft office and removed it manually+ with the tool.

i will try the profile thing even due i really dont want to open new profiles.

Have you tried a System Restore yet?
System restore to what ?
just installed windows 7
Is this true, without deviation -

Installed Win 7. Validated all drivers, applied all updates.

Install MS Office 2007

Encountered error condition.

Belay that - I just read the part where you introduced an error condition with your forced uninstall.

Perform a system restore to the point just prior to your first install of Office.
