Office 2007 can't be installed

It really looks like I'm out of options...
I guess format and Clean Install of windows 7 ?
something is ****ed up here

Please make a lucid report with complete details and pertinent information. You seem to be reporting that the error pre-dates the upgrade to Windows 7. Assuming that you own (legal/at least working error-free copies of) all the software, I would format and re-install everything.

about the registry thing - i already had office 2007 installed but i removed it cause it didn't work very well after windows 7 upgrade.
it gave me the same error when i wanted to remove it.
So i used a removel tool from microsoft in order to remove microsoft office and removed it manually+ with the tool.

Ok and for real,
HAD windows vista running great with working office 2007
I upgraded to windows 7
afterwords, office stopped working good,
so i wanted to remove and reinstall..
didn't let me remove it cause the error i gave picture in the start of the topic,
SO I manually uninstalled it, but when i try to install it again it gives me the same error,
Tried to clean registry and do all the things already suggested here,

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE TO DO BUT FORMAT AND CLEAN INSTALLATION OF WINDOWS 7 ?

To be honest with you, I cannot find a good fix.

You are attempting to install an Enterprise edition of Office. Without getting into a dsicussion of the source for this copy, I suspect the install source as the cause of the problem.

But, it worked in Vista.

So, perform a SYTEM RESTORE.

Start
Search
System Restore

Select a restore point that pre-dates your install of Office.

Or, select a restore point before your first uninstall attempt. Then, perform an Office Repair install.

Failing these, re-install Win 7.

Ijust formatted all my pc and installed everything from scratch.
Of course that the office 2007 installation is working now.
