I need some divine help please. I started Contact after installing Office 2010 Pro Plus and somehow got setup confused. Now I am getting an Microsoft Exchange Server Error, Message is -> "The connection to MS Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action." Clicking the "OK" gets a MS Exchange Dialog Box w/ "General" as a title. It wants a valid MS Exchange Server and mailbox". I have tried everything and a cancel from here and Outlook ends. Entering something get the dialog box back. The wonderous code won't let me fix it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and this doesn't go away. Any one with any thoughts please!? :(

Does someone know where the outlook info is stored. Maybe I can delete that? Any thoughts or suggestions? I need to re start setup somehow. Why can't I. This needs to be fixed so that if something is wrong in setup, the programmer allows you to re enter it rather than totally trash the process and close Outlook thus totally preventing any possible repair.

Hello, if you are reading this here is the answer. Buried in the Control Panel is (I would turn on old style view to find) a Mail Icon. Click that, add a new email account using manual settings even if not correct. Once added, you can delete the one that is an exchange server and now you can work on setting up your contacts. Good Luck.
