Intermittent duplicate e-mail's are appearing in the Inbox of a senior figure, if clicking in to a different folder and back to the Inbox, the duplicate disappears. I have seen it myself on the PC and therefore I know it does happen.
OWA doesn't show the duplicates and it doesn't come up on a Windows 8.1 device, only on a Windows 7 PC.
