office 2013 - skype 2015 for business crashes

Windows 7 laptop , either MS patches that were pushed broke skype /dll or not sure either way these errors occur when launching skype it crashes. the only thing that the user has done recently was use go to meeting via IE 11.

what would cause this to occur

this is has occured with a few users with skype

is there a hot fix for this ?
