I recently recieved a product code for microsoft office 2010 and i was wondering how to download the programs.

Where did you get the product code? If you bought it from microsoft on-line, they normally give you a link to download the product.
If your machine came with a "Trial" copy of microsoft office, then if you go to your
start menu and select microsoft office,t here should be a selection to run the program and then it will ask you for the product code.

If you received it in an email from "a friend" then your product code probably won't work.

my computer was supposed to be installed with it but it wasnt so they just sent me the product code to download it.
