I leave my OC at 4.5 or 4.6. Temps when under load reach the 70's but idle temps are in the 30's. When I did the overclock runs, it was only long enough for the validation. I am going to get another cooler soon. It does spike higher when playing with extreme clock, when at 5GHZ I run closer to 90. That is why I leave it lower.

no. it was from within windows, or maybe I should say it was mostly from within windows. I did make some changes in bios, but it was mostly within windows. Problem is, I changed so mant things, I don't know what made it work. I really wish I knew.
