My system on and off time are EXSTREAMLY SLOW...What can be done?

What anti-virus are you using?

Try opening msconfig by pressing the "Windows Key" and "R". In the "Run" window which opens, type "msconfig" and hit enter.

Select the Startup tab and disable everything except from drivers (stuff from known brands such as Microsoft) or anything else you need.

Try running a SFC Scan and a Disk Check.

If problems persist, try using the free Malwarebytes to clear an infection you may have.
