With PW you should be able to shrink to a size that corresponds to the amount of data plus some.

Now if you want, you can use Windows disk management to shrink the Data V: Extended partition and create as many Logical drives within the Extended partition as there are available drive letters for additional storage options; have a look at Method One #2 of this tutorial at the link below for some ideas.
