Open CMD at Log on Screen

Ok my question is if we could open CMD.exe (as a administrator) at the start up screen or log on screen? Thanks in advance

I don't believe you can open a Command Prompt until you have logged in. That would be a huge security hole I think.

just a little question for Ztruker: I think the reason wouldn't open cmd at start up is: net user *USERNAME* *
would be used to hack the account

You can and it's actually a very clever trick, but it obviously can very easily be used for bad (most often it is).

Do you have a link to info on doing this? I understand you can do it one as a startup option once the user logs in but I did not think you could do this before that.

Nope, I don't condone the method I know of because a) it is completely insecure to do by its very nature so I don't see any legitimate reason for setting it up, and b) it's mostly used for bad. Google is already helpful enough to show you how to do bad stuff
