I am running Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit. I have been letting this go for a while, so I don't remember when it started.
If I start ANY PROGRAM, including those installed by Windows (IE, Notepad, etc.), I get the ..
"Open File - Security Warning" "We can't verify who created this file. Are you sure you want to open this file?" "This file is in a location outside your local network. Files from locations you don't recognize can harm your PC."
The shortcuts are pointing to "C:\users\<my_profile_name>\AppData\Roaming\...."
Anyone have idea why these are happening for programs, including those installed by Windows (IE, Notepad, etc.)? How to resolve?
