I know I'm running an outdated program. It's Office 2003 SP3. I use outlook for my email. Problem is:
When I click to open a new mail message, (I want to compose & send a new email) The window will open and I can compose the email with no problems. When I click on my address book I get an error msg from word that says "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persist, restart Outlook." I have restarted outlook, done a system restore and tried to reinstall SP3. I could not reinstall SP3 because it is already on my computer. I don't have an installation disk for Office 2003 any more or I would uninstall and reinstall the program.
I can copy & paste the address in the "send to" box and it works. I just can't get the address book to open.
Any help would be appreciated.
