Solved outlook 2007 doesn't seem to work with gmail

I just got a HP Elitebook running windows 7 pro and the full office 2007 suite, would like to use outlook for my email accounts but it doesn't seem to recieve new email..... course i thought gmail was imap, but outlook set it up as pop.

Hi Brian60077, welcome to the Forum.

This website explains how to set it up using IMAP.

That worked! thanks, it was driving me nuts.... it would give me emails from 3 years ago but nothing new. now it seems to work good
