outlook 2007 fonts

sirs this likely is one of the issues when the msn chairman or his assistant had their heads deep into their arses

how can i change the font size to a default large or small at will and which should not change on its own ever

there is an answered question on this subject on msn but tht steps given text tool html format half i do not have at least not in the sequence they have said ---- dell inspiron 530 and win 7
