outlook 2010: data file location not available?

I recently reinstalled my windows and office 2010, after reconnect my account with outlook, however there is no location for my data files?

Do you how can I assign location to my account?

when I click add, I simply create another "my outlook date file" that have nothing to do with my current account.

I think I would 'Remove' the Hotmail account and the additional one.
Close, then reopen Outlook.

Then set the Hotmail account up again, allowing Outlook to find the necessary settings for your account?
The location should be allocated by Outlook - I have never found it necessary to do it manually. :)

I can not even remove my account, I get this message

"you cannot delete this Outlook data file. Configuration information in the file is being copied to your new default data file. You can delete the file after this information is copied."

OK, well just try re-creating the Hotmail account again.

Once that is done, you can try removing the other file again, after you have made the (hopefully) valid Hotmail account as the 'default' one.
