Outlook 2010 Groups-How do I search/delete certain emails?

I have several "groups" in my outlook contacts, I need to remove some users from these groups. However, I only have their email addresses. Is there a way for me to do a search to remove the email addresses? Otherwise I'll have to sift through all my groups looking for each individual email address.

Just need to clarify your concern here.... are you trying to delete Contacts, Emails (from Inbox/Sent Items) or email addresses from the Group that you have created?

I think you can search for the contact by email, but I am unsure if that will land you in the groups so you can then delete the contact.
