Solved Outlook 2010 Search Not Returning Most Recent Emails

Hello,
I have Outlook 2010 (office 64 bit) with windows 7 (64 bit). Recently, my search on Outlook no longer return the most recent e-mails. The first e-mails listed are at least two weeks old. I have disabled all the add-ins just to be sure that there was no issue there. But still have the problem. Any ideas?

Yes, I have it checked.

Repair your Office 2010 programs by doing the following:

Click Start, then click Control Panel.
Click Programs and Features.
Click the Office 2010 program that you want to repair, then click Change.
Click Repair, then click Continue. You might need to restart your computer after the repair is complete.

I ran the repair process, then it took awhile to index everything, but it now works. Thanks for the feedback.

You could also turn off and turn on the windows indexing system from add/remove programs > turn on/off windows features. Merry Christmas

Thank you for suggesting to repair Microsoft Office, that trick worked for me! My searches are now nearly INSTANTANEOUS and automatically listed with the most recent email on top. Phew! Saved me a ton of time.
