Outlook 2010 - When dragging message to calendar, dialog "pops under"

Using Windows 7 Enterprise Edition (64 bit) and Office 2010. When dragging a message from mail to the Calendar (in the lower left under the folder list) to create a new meeting/appointment, the calendar dialog will "pop under". How do I get the calendar dialog box to grab focus?

Wouldn't it be a little difficult to get a screen shot of a pop-under?

I would need to actually record a video capture of the whole process and I lack the software to do that.

You can always create two result screenshots - "should" and "is".

I have actually tried to drag a message on the calendar link, and new appointment windows poped up above all other windows.
