When I connect to the mail server, Outlook has two tasks: sending mail and synchronizing folders. The sending does not require a password, and sometimes the task count is greater than the visible tasks, so what is Outlook doing which I can't see? Working on the firewall rules for outlook. . . sent emails sent to streamrail.com,

Any relation to chinese systems in the registry?

thanks

Have you tried doing a system restore before that happened?

I suggest running malwarebytes and removing anything it finds, including PUPs.
