Solved outlook.live.com calander event taking up two days

Hi, I noticed yesterday when I create a event for say Wed it also now goes into Thurs on my outlook.live.com/calendar.

I did notice, from the beginning of Wed to the end of Thurs when I put my curser on the area there is a small circle at each end of these day.

This is happening even on Holidays. It is doing this on all my events, well most of them. I see two that only span one day.

Please advise.
