this seems to happen when my laptop is on battery power and doesn't have a stable desk to be on. i put it on my lap and when i moved it around and maybe hit the battery area, the computer shutdown and turned on again multiple times. i'm guessing it's the battery connection or the harddrive connection inside the computer.

this is a lenovo y410p that i swapped in a new samsung evo ssd with and installed windows 7 home premium on. it could also be the connection between the harddrive and computer inside since i was the one that installed it.

i called geeksquad and they said the ssd may not be very compatible with the laptop but online, it seems like everyone swapped it so i don't see any room for error there. every thing runs fine but just sometimes the computer sleeps for no reason and i don't think it has to do with running games either. last time, i opened up steam and it went to sleep.

if anyone could help me out with these errors, i would be extremely grateful. i also plan to as the local computer tech support a few questions soon so i'll update you guys as well.

thank you so much!!
