A lot of w7 and xp programs make the very, very stupid decision to use "pick a folder" file picker. I don't think anyone likes this thing, it's cumbersome, there's no search, address bar or anything forcing you to manually navigate to wherever you are going.There has to be a way to override this to use the normal file picker..I'll include a picture of the file picker I'm talking about. https://i.imgur.com/1TmgLd1.jpg
