PACE Anti-Piracy (Installed after Windows Update)

Hi guys. I found this thread about PACE Anti-Piracy and was wondering as to how it managed to get onto my system as a registry key. I can find no files representing to this on any of my hard disks, and it most certainly wasn't in my registry until a few hours ago when Windows Update finished. (Windows 7 Ultimate)

I followed a few suggestions from the responses in the thread but cannot find any programs relating to this "PACE" thing.

Pace make Modems/routers/settop boxes, all for the Net/CableTV/Media sector.
Have you just set up an Network for streaming then onto your comp??, using a 3rd party box.

Not got that on my system.

in that post you quoted it talked about Catalyst,
you have that on your comp as part of Sony Creative.

From your registry screenshot - there's a key named "Sonic"

Would that be related to this?
