Hello,

The BSOD appens with almost everything.

For example, i cannot even complete the system restore.

The hard drive is good and chkdsk don't report any errors.

hi,

That is strange you got any stop errorcode ? when the crash happens and you reboot does windows error reporting comes up with "windows has been fixed from a crash" (or something like this) message ? you can choose there to try and find a solution you can also debug the dump file but that requires windows debugging tools. Are you still under warranty ? i would goto to the manufacterer this is not normal.I'm also thinking a virus might be the cause but a scan is kinda hard if it get's interrupted does it happen in safe mode to ? also run windows memory diagnostics it might be your memory has a problem. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Diagnosing-memory-problems-on-your-computer

Yes, when the laptop reboot, windows show an error message (i can put it here tomorrow, i don't have the laptop with me right now).

I already tried the "Find a solution" option but don't resolve the problem.

Virus i don't think it is... i run Malwarebytes, Ccleaner, Panda Anti Virus,...

I also already run Windows Memory Diagnostics and didn't detect any problem.

The Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area error can be caused by a number of things.

Faulty Hardware, Drivers, RAM (could be main system memory or Graphics VRAM), or even a Antivirus Program.

Have you added in new Hardware/Software lately? If so, remove it as well as any software or drivers associated with it and see if it helps.

At this point you should probably run a sfc /scannow from a elevated cmd prompt.

Then, do a check disk.

I already did the sfc /scannow. No problem detected.

I will try tomorroy to remove any software that was recently installed...

Sometimes disk checks can come up clean for a drive that is faulty. I would run the manufacturer's diagnostic tests. See HD Diagnostic for finding the manufacturer and the diagnostics that manufacturer recommends.

Have you had a chance to run the hard disk diagnostics?

Also, what software have you installed recently that you were thinking of removing?

The software is "BlackBerry Desktop" and "TeamViewer". I don't think that this programs can cause this problem...
