partitioning/shrinking problem - pls help

Hi yesterday I ran a complete system recovery on my Viao which has 300GB hd. The recovery process made one single drive and installed OS. Since the whole OS occupied only 19GB out of 290GB.
So I created a separate partition of 150GB. Now My C: Drive size is 150GB out of which only 20GB is used. I wanted to allocate only 60GB to my C: drive which i am unable to do because machine is not showing shrink option. Here are the links of screen shots.

As your C: drive is of a good size, I would leave alone.
