I already done update. It has light and working fine but it doesn't show up in my computer.
I followed all the instructions and other forums but still it doesn't work.

Hi @therealhansoy!

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you are having, I know this could be an extremely unpleasant experience. :(

Like @Megahertz07 wrote, it will be great if you can upload some screenshots from Disk Management so we can take a look at what exactly is happening with the hard disk. If you have used the drive before than you can try to get the data off by booting with Linux Live CD - hopefully that way the external will appear and you will be able to move the information to another location so it will be safely secured. Here's an Ubuntu KB article with a detailed guide on how to boot up:
LiveCD - Community Help Wiki

Other than that, once the data is removed, you can also run a test on it with our diagnostic tool Data Lifeguard Diagnostics and see if any errors or bad sectors will be detected by the software:
Support Answers

Hope this helps and let us know how it went. Additionally, feel free to upload some screenshots with the test results as well. :)

There are plenty of methods in not initialized but none about "NO DISK SPACE". I have only 0.0 MB something

Two weeks is too long a time to try it on another PC :).

Anyway, now that it shows up on another PC, I would advise that you copy all your data in it to another external drive before you do anything with it on your PC.. ( Do not buy WD Passport and Passport ultra. Those are hardware encrypted.)

I still do not know whether your Passport is a portable drive or a desktop one with a power adapter. Please mention the exact model Number and capacity.

Also mention whether your PC uses Intel IRST driver.

Actually Sir its a portable and WD Passport.

Sad. 😢 it was working and good. But all of a sudden it doesnt work anymore.

And now i cant even initialize it. I already update my drivers. Followed some good method.

And i open Minitool and it says "Bad Disk". I even test my drive using WD apps in the last part of the test error occurs.

I dont have any concern about the files. All i want is to make it work again.

"Actually, it worked in my friend laptop. He just plug it in. " If Partition Wizard shows it as a Bad drive, I am wondering how it works on your friend's PC. Seeing is believing . And so

Post a screenshot of Windows Disk Management taken on your friend's PC showing your passport drive.

Follow the guidelines here to post an untruncataed screenshot with all the information clearly visible. Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image
Snipping Tool How to Use the Snipping Tool in Vista
Upload to Seven Forums: Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

Yes please upload any screenshots to SevenForum servers and not third party servers..

You still did not answer my questions.

Model Number like WDBYNN0010BBK-WESN. No answer. Please see the label on your external drive and write it.

Capacity 1TB? 2TB? 3TB? No answer

Whether your PC uses IRST drivers? No answer

Also do you have any other external drive? Does it function properly on your PC? ( This is a new question. :) Answer this also.)

You said you ran WD apps -probably WD Datalifeguard diagnostic for Windows. Right?

Post the screenshot showing your drives with the passport drive connected.

Post the test result of the QuickTest on that Passport drive

Similarly post the Test Result of the Extended Test.

Merely saying "I even test my drive using WD apps in the last part of the test error occurs." does not give any information. Which Test? What error message?

So post a screenshot of all test results.

May be MightyMiroWD can then tell you what exactly is the status of the drive.( I do not have any WD external HDD)

Please read through this How to test a drive for problems using Data Lifeguard Diagnostics for Windows | WD Support

We would like to see the fourth screenshot in it showing all your drives, the eighth screenshot showing the QuickTest Result and similarly the Extended Test Result.

Take your time but unless you provide all the information asked for it may not be possible to give any advice.

I, Layback Bear can't help you with your problem. You already have very qualified members helping.

What I can do is give a suggestion.

Take a deep breath and read though your thread again and answer all question and show results of things requested, in the fashion that was requested.

I follow many of jumanji post so I know that the instructions he gives must be followed exactly as he request. Go slowly and complete the requested task and report as requested.

I wish you well and I will go back to watching.
