Model Number like
WDBYNN0010BBK-WESN. No answer
. Please see the label on your external drive and write it.
Capacity 1TB? 2TB? 3TB? No answer
Whether your PC uses IRST drivers? No answer
Also do you have any other external drive? Does it function properly on your PC? ( This is a new question.

Answer this also.)
You said you ran WD apps -probably WD Datalifeguard diagnostic for Windows. Right?
Post the screenshot showing your drives with the passport drive connected.
Post the test result of the QuickTest on that Passport drive
Similarly post the Test Result of the Extended Test.
Merely saying
"I even test my drive using WD apps in the last part of the test error occurs." does not give any information. Which Test? What error message?
So post a screenshot of all test results.
May be MightyMiroWD can then tell you what exactly is the status of the drive.( I do not have any WD external HDD)
Please read through this

We would like to see the fourth screenshot in it showing all your drives, the eighth screenshot showing the QuickTest Result and similarly the Extended Test Result.
Take your time but unless you provide all the information asked for it may not be possible to give any advice.
