Password protecting a WORD Doc. (WORD 2007). How To, Please ?

Hello,

Using WORD 2007.

Would like, for the first time, to Password a document I am working on in WORD.

Just can't find where I do this.

Just a simple password kind of protection where it asks for a password before it will
open the document up for reading and/or editing.
