PC and power cut after installing service pack 1.

This thread didn't help me. It cuts the power even in idle.
SP1 is needed to install Simplix Win update. I have a very weird vanilla very first win64 ultimate.

Specs:
Mobo Gigabyte ma770ud3
8gbram DDR2Palit gtx970 (i know it needs more power but before SP1 it ran perfectly on low temperatures even when in stress. And pc turns off even when idle).
500w psu
Amd Phenom9550

There is no sp2 for win7. Never has been.
