PC Cleaner Pro fake action center alert!

Hey Guys!
From 6 months ago, I downloaded PC Cleaner Pro as I thought it was the best Windows Cleaner, then I notice something wrong about this program, it show me a huge list of errors, I searched the net and I found it as a rouge/fake program, that time it was new and no one know yet that it is fake, so I used Revo Uninstall Pro, and I uninstall it! but today I uninstalled my anti-virus, and Action Center shows me this alert: "PC Cleaner Pro reports that it is turned off and must be turned on manually using the PC Cleaner Pro program"
With my old anti-virus scans it didn't find anything!

NOTE: Windows is always Not Responding and Mozilla Firefox is always lagging in everything such as YouTube Videos! since 6 months!
