PC Fans Turn On Then OFF No Screen Display.

This is on my old PC and im trying to fix it but im not sure if the mobo is no good or the psu or what. The PC can power on as well as the fans but maybe 5-10 seconds later the fans turn off and there is no display on the screen but the PSU fan is still going.

Have you checked to see if the Ram sticks are pushed in all the way?

When was the last time this computer was running properly? Have you changed any hardware?

A while back i just never messed with it to see what the problem was.

Two things come to mind. One is replace the battery on the mother board and checking all connections. Two would be testing the power supply. Most computers stores will have a power supply tester which they can test your power supply. Just thought of another. On the back of the older power supplies their is a switch to allow you to select to match your power supplied from the wall outlet. Make sure it is set correctly. Most in the U.S.A. are 110vac.
