Hello all
Specs on profile

I am running an expired version of the Windows 7 Beta so I can still boot to windows... But I finally bought Win7 Pro 64bit and would like to get that going.
I am basically having a similar issues to this thread:
http://www.sevenforums.com/installation-setup/90283-windows-7-dosent-want-install.html

My computer freezes in the same spot when attempting to install Windows 7.
I now want to test my memory but I have a question. I will be using the latest version of memtest 86+ but my motherboard is a tri channel so should I test each stick on its own or all 3 together? Will it even boot with only 1 stick?

Also, if the ram turn out not to be bad, what can i do or install to make sure the processor is working correctly? As in all the cores working and such..

Thanks so much in advance. Oh and glad to be on the forums :D

With Memtest86+ you should test each stick separately and in each slot, you don't want it to boot to the system just the test program on the boot disc.
