PC gets stuck random times, or when accesing HDD

Hi, i will tell the story from the begining, i had only 1 HDD, with the same problem im having now, then i got another hdd because i tought the problem was the disk, but it keept happening, as i am writing now it freezes for few seconds,okay then i went to event viewer and found this nvstor error, which is from the hdd driver, i changed the driver and everything started working perfectly, last week the problem started again, then it showed a message saying:"disk will fail" or something like that, i ignored it but when i got home a few days ago it did some ugly noises so i turned it off, now im using the "new" hdd and i installed the drivers from the motherboard -ecs geforce 6100pm-m2- but keeps freezing, i go to search folder and it loads and freezes for a while, event viewer says this:
Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued. nvstor32 event 129

help please!

Run System File Checker. On a CMD type: sfc /scannow

For the disk, schedule a disk check. On a CMD type: chkdsk c: /f. It will ask if you want to schedule on next start. Yes.

Disk noise and alerts aren't good news. I think your disk is dying. If disk check finds bad blocks or bad clusters, It will die soon.
Anyway, it's better to be safe than sorry. Backup your data.

Buy a small 120G SSD an put the OS and programs on it and use a HDD for \Users (data)

Very fast and so far so good.

For me, there is only one good HDD = WD Black

thanks for replying, i ran the chkdsk, but when i run sfc /scannow it says Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix them.

Make a Repair install. Launch setup of your installation disk under Windows. Repair Install

okay, when i ran the diskcheck computer started working fine, i also installed the correct drivers, i did the repair install, pc doesnt work perfectly but is usable, sometimes it gets slow but its okay, now when im playing a game it freezes so many times is unplayable.

Did check disk found bad blocks or bad clusters?
Follow these steps to view the Check Disk (CHKDSK) results:

Open the Control Panel
Open Administrative Tools
Select Event Viewer.
In the Event Viewer expand the Windows Logs
Select the Application log.
Right Click the Application log and select Find
Type wininit in the box and click Find Next
In the middle pane click the Source/wininit line that is found.
In the south pane, you will see the complete log for the latest Check Disk (CHKDSK).

I think your disk is dying. If disk check found bad blocks or bad clusters, It will die soon.
Anyway, it's better to be safe than sorry. Backup your data.

thanks for helping, i clarify that im using a different hdd than the one i mentioned before, the one i have now when the problem started it also started making noises, it doesnt anymore. i disabled windows update and windows defender but still game freezes, this is the chkdsk log:

i should say that only the game League of Legends freezes constantly, i play cs go and runs fluid

Did you see how many logical errors your disk had?
I would reinstall the League of Legends.

i reinstalled but it kept happening, i kinda found the problem, i noticed that when i disable pagefile.sys the game runs smooth like heaven, so i think that the problem is when the game goes into pagefile, i have only 2gb of ram so i need the pagefile, is there any way to prevent the game from going to pagefile?

Your System Specs say "No Anti-Virus", that is not good. You need to have one. I won't suggest one but Google "Free Anti-Virus" and install one that you prefer. This might even have something to do with your problem.
