Solved Pc keeps freezing when i boot up

Pc keeps freezing when i boot up, i thought i fixed it the other week in the safe mode option, but today was working fine, turned it off and went out, come back and it was froze when i booted it up, as soon as i hovered the mouse over the task bar the cursor had its circle on...kept like that, couldnt do anything

Anyone got any suggestions to get it back working again...thanks

Think ive sorted it, as went back to a restore point and turned off the auto updates, as someone mentioned it could be them
