Solved PC makes weird noise when im not moving my cursor

So,yeah....I just have this extremely annoying sound comming out of my PC...I was searching some other threads, and I just couldn't find the fix for it...pls help :C

A bit more detail would help i.e is it a sound from the speaker, mechanical noise ? what ?

Sorry for the lack of information

The sound isn't coming from the speakers. It's coming from my Mobo. I've checked the CPU cooler and my GPU fans ,it's not them. It's also not my PSU. I've checked some forums ,and they say that it's something related to the USB's. The sound started 1-2 weeks ago,when I took my MOBO out to install my new cpu cooler.

Without knowing exactly what kind of sound it is, given it started after fitting a new heat sink to the CPU and reinstalled the motherboard it could be you have not tightened everything and there is a vibration or resonance that wasn't there before - I'm just guessing of course not having the benefit of hearing it.

I just fixed it.

START BUTTON > Type In ''Power Options'' > Show Additional Plans > Click on ''Change Plan Settings'' under ''High Performance'' > Click on ''Change Advanced Power Settings > Go to ''USB Settings'' > Click on the little ''+'' next to ''USB selective suspend settings'' > Set it to ''DISABLED''
