PC Optimizers?

Does anyone have a good pc optimizer software? Currently just with CCleaner :x

Optimizers are snake oil, Ccleaner is all you need.

As has been said optimize software is pretty much worthless and generally leads to more problems then it resolves.

I make a distinction between optimization and maintenance software. The former ranges from the marginally useful to the worse than useless (memory optimizers). I would avoid all of them. The only thing that will significantly improve the performance of a healthy system is a hardware upgrade. If the system has a problem then that needs to be dealt with. An optimizer isn't the answer.
