PC randomly won't load a particular page

I have 2 pc's, one running 7 home 64 bit (main machine), one running 10 pro 64. I use the dating site "Plenty of Fish". The 7 machine will randomly not load the site. Just gives that "connection timed out" error. When this is going on, the other pc WILL always load the page, so it's not the site or connection. Just now, I had the site open for a couple hours, but not logged in, and not using it. Just sitting there on the entry page, while I used other sites in other windows (Firefox). Went to log in, got the "timed out" thing. This ALWAYS goes away if I reboot the 7 machine. Tried killing the firewall, no difference. I run Firefox 99% of the time, but while getting the "timed out" error, the page also will not load in IE, again, until I reboot. What might this be?

Hello Fred mate could be anything and can you post the specs pleas it is so hard to help not knowing what we are dealing with.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html - personally I like to see the specs as added to your profile and are easily accessed at the bottom of your posts.

Now I do get this problem with my portable modem on the laptop and it usually it gets resolved with what you do. Now I would be checking or even updating the drivers for the LAN or WLAN whichever you use and if we knew what board was in the machine we could link them for you.

I would also run these
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2 > in safe mode if need be

SFC usually best run for three scans

Thanks for the reply. I didn't include hardware specs because it didn't strike me that this was a hardware issue. Again, I'm not losing Internet access on the machine in question, it just refuses to load that ONE page, Plenty of Fish. The pc is an older i7 I built awhile back, running this MOBO Intel® Desktop Board DX58SO Specifications. Both the machines mentioned are connected to the cable ISP via a Netgear router, no wifi. I have an updated LAN driver, but I am reluctant to replace/modify the existing setup, since my only problem is with one site, and I tend to have a "leave well enough alone" mentality with this stuff. Please let me now if this added info points to anything in particular.

Thanks again for the input.

Have you consider to swap the router ports between both Windows 7 and 10..
Or switch the port to another free port for Windows 7.

Do this happen if you Only use Windows 7 to visit that website.

Agree with Eric mate and well the specs are important because there are instances where the issue can be caused by so many other things.

For example my USB ports stopped working and to cut a very long story short it turned out to be the Magician software for my Samsung SSD - uninstalled and I got my ports back.
So the issue was not drivers or faulty components but software for another component altogether. Another example would be that certain AV's can and will affect other operations within the machine where one would think they are the most unlikely thing to happen. Have you checked for any blocked sites in your AV??
