PC Restarts after first power on of the day (windows 7)

Hi, i've had this problem for a while. After turning on my pc for the first time of the day it restarts 5 minutes in. but after the restart, it's fine for the rest of the day until i power it off and does the same thing the next power on.

The times it was in safe mode, it didn't restart.

Then I would consider downloading Autoruns, run it as admin, and start paring down unncessary startup items. If you don't know what to pare down, ask and I will help you go through the autoruns tabs.
